President, Order of the Shillelagh

Jim was born and raised in Dublin, Laurens County.  After graduating from Dublin High School, he attended the University of Georgia where he received a degree in Business Administration in 1987.  Jim later received his MBA from Georgia College and State University in Milledgeville, GA.  Jim has worked in banking for over 16 years and is currently employed by Farmers State Bank in Dublin as a Vice President and Branch Manager.  Jim is a member and past president of the Dublin Civitan Club.  His is also a member of Jefferson Street Baptist Church.  Jim is married to Wendi Brantley and they have one child named Kynlea.  Jim is serving as Vice President of the Order of the Shillelagh and this will be his first year serving on the Saint Patrick’s Festival Committee.
