President, Order of the Blarney Stones 

Kathie Luttrell is an HR staffing and payroll professional.  She is employed by Ambassador as the Branch Manager of the Dublin Office.  Kathie, her husband Woody and their children Sheila age 13 and Joseph age 7 made Dublin their home in June of 2003.  This is Kathie’s first year working with the St. Patrick’s Festival Committee, but she has been involved in previous years with the Arts and Crafts Festival, The Main Street Munchies, The Miss St. Patrick’s Scholarship Pageant and Green-Up for St. Patrick’s.  Kathie is a very active community member; she is an Ambassador with the Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Pilot Club of Dublin, Inc., and a member of the Dublin-Laurens Human Resources Association.  She sits on the Board of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Middle Georgia and is in the 2006-2007 Dublin-Laurens Leadership Class.  The Luttrell family are members of the First United Methodist Church of Dublin.
